My therapist was extremely warm and friendly and even humorous. She paid attention to the areas I where I needed the most attention. She made suggestions to help with my specific problems. I would ask for Porter in the future. She did an awesome job!

Nice ambiance. The heated beds are a very nice touch. It misses a mirror in the room however

The walls are thin, heard talking and laughter in the room next door, which briefly took away the ambiance from the experience.

I've had experience with Hand and Stone in the past and it seemed to be a little more organized. I was able to wait in the back about 10 mins before my appt time so that my time getting undressed didn't interfere with massage time. I didn't feel my massage was worth the pay and it was most definitely under 60 mins.

I have been a member with Hand & Stone for years, I have seen a price increase twice. The current price is basically $80 for 50 minutes. I also have seen the rewards program change. I have close to 4,000 points which aren’t much now because the cost to upgrade the length of my appointment or to add hot stones or aromatherapy has jumped significantly. Same with earning a free massage, it’s pretty much out Of reach thanks to the revamp of the loyalty program. I was hanging on to my membership because I used to have like 20,000 points & I have been using them as quickly as possible

I did say head to toe. I wanted fingers and toes, but I did not say that. But I have another place that I go to. It's nothing wrong with this place. This was a gift for my Retirement.

I was disappointed with not getting a body massage (due to a work injury), so I got the facial instead
