I’m just saying that I enjoyed it

The Staff were not professional and I look for that when I am spending that kind of money.

Didn’t start on Time but Finished my Session early. I booked a Deep Tissue & it wasn’t enough hard pressure

I had to ask for the rewards program to be explained. I didn’t know how to use them and how many I had. Only to find out I had more than enough for a complimentary service.

- Full trash can visible; if it had a lid, it was open - I did not ask about products; after the facilal,esthetician suggested i purchase a $90 product. I do understand it's her job to do so, but i think the policiy is in poor taste

My actual facial was great and my esthetician was timely, attentive, and did a great job. Unfortunately my skin has been irritated since the appointment and a product was recommended to me that has further irritated my skin.

Only somewhat or less satisfied with previous therapists. Last/most recent therapist was amazing, so if I can continue with that therapist I will continue with my membership.

Is it possible to get female massage tables? Or some type of cushion for when a woman is lying on her stomach. A designated time in the massage where there is quiet. Just the soothing sounds and no talking.
