My massage ended at 7:45pm it was not a 60 minute massage let alone a 50 minute massage. The pressure was way too light even though I specifically asked for a deep tissue massage and hard pressure

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist gave me the wrong day, so when I came for my appointment, it did not show in their system and they didn’t have time to fit me in. I had to come back another day. Thankfully they made it right and offered me a free add-on service which was nice.

I was satisfied with the massage. Maybe a little bit more of attention at legs and feet would have been great. Overall it was good

My last massage therapist massaged my skin more than she massaged my muscles. When I asked her to add more pressure she barely did. The boredom put me to sleep.

I was satisfied with my visit there.

I received this massage as a birthday gift, but I'm not a fan of massages. That's because I'm always in pain when I leave. However I was not in pain after this visit. I just wish the massages were more affordable.

My friend purchased a gift card to cover an enhancement during my visit. She was assured there were notes in the appointment. If I hadn’t reminded them, they never would have told me or presented enhancements. This was my first visit to this hand and stone and I was expecting a more thorough review of the intake form and what to expect during my service. The experience was just “okay”. They did not ask me if I wanted to sign up for a membership at check out, I found that odd. I was interested in learning more.

I did not feel that the information given to me about combining the services I wanted was explained properly or clearly

There was a lady talking on her cell phone at the reception counter via speaker phone. This action was extremely annoying. I would suggest asking guests to silence the phone and or stepping outside to talk.
