The massage therapist's hands felt a bit cold. And there was no transition room before getting the actual massage. I have been to other massage facilities where you change in one location, refreshments are offered, and then your therapist comes to receive you. It is about atmosphere.

Too much lotion on the face. Didn’t feel like it got clean.

While competent, the esthetician was not gentle during the procedure and did not offer any explanation or education on the service, equipment used or what it was designed to accomplish.

My therapist was nice but she spent a lot of time in my neck and shoulder area which is super sore 2 days later. Her medium pressure was hard pressure

The therapist came highly recommended by the front desk and I stated I like a lot of pressure but the pressure was too light I wasted 2 packages and my time

Never told to come early to fill out forms, so appointment started late and massage was only about 40-45 mins. Pressure wasn’t great. Massage was okay, but not great.

I was completely satisfied from arrival to departure I was pleased

Quality. the cream was not luxurious. the sheets felt thin.

This was a gift in which I Used gift cards and still ended up having to pay out of pocket. I was under the impression that I was booking for a basic massage and facial only to find out I had been booked for a chest facial. And by time I found out it seemed to be too late. I didnt want the chest facial.

The esthetician Brooke is amazing. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. I’ve been incorrectly charged more than this one occasion. I was going to buy a product but since she was unable to check me out for my svcs I didn’t buy the product. The other receptionist was able to assist after I corrected her twice. She wasn’t including my membership and had no idea how to ring the promo. Very kind, but needs training. She was going to use 3 of my facials to cover the cost of one plus two add ons! The promo was also buy one add on get one 1/2 off. I’ve had two of my svcs used before to cover one add on which I was later told was a waste.
