I was not highly satisfied with this appointment because the service started 12 minutes late. The actual massage was excellent and the therapist made up for the lost time. Should this occur again I would appreciate someone telling me that the appointment is running late.

It was a little painful. I didn’t complain because I know my muscles was tight. Next visit I will request a mild massage

The increase in the additional services is outrageous and I will discontinue doing them regularly. If the monthly subscription was to be increased, I would certainly stop my membership

Overall, it was a good experience, though it always seems hard for therapist to just do light pressure. The therapist was super nice, but the pressure was off. Also, the reception area feels a bit tight and small.

I think that the waiting area can be more comforting from the start with a little soft music playing. I arrived a bit early for my service, and I just wish I was able to unwind immediately

The massage was just ok. I felt quality was not great. I want to leave massage & say ‘wow’.

My only issue with my appointment was that the therapist was late for work which pushed my appointment time half an hour.

I felt welcomed soon as I arrived. They asked if I needed water or if I need to use the bathroom. My massage therapist was friendly and welcoming. Plus a clean room!
