I enjoyed my service, however the appointment was for 3pm and the masseuse did not get me from the waiting room until 3:09. After undressing, the actual time being massaged was only about 40 minutes. Otherwise, my visit was great, and the masseuse was great.

Did not enjoy my message.,but I really enjoy my facial. I will return and try again with a different person for my message

Was so good wanted go again. Wish music go be little different.

I wish it was just a few minutes longer, I like aroma therapy calming candles that was not in the room, but overall the therapist was good.

The receptionist was very friendly but never formally checked me in. I waited almost 15 minutes before the therapist found out I had been waiting. More importantly, the 90 minute massage I booked was 75 minutes at most, maybe less.

I think my MT gave me a great relaxation massage but that is not really what I was looking for. I felt like she just rubbed my body rather than intentionally targeting muscle groups that would relieve some on my tight areas. I don’t think she is a bad MT, I just don’t think we’re a good fit for each other! In my experience it takes trial and error to find a good fit so I’m not dissatisfied with the experience, just don’t see myself going back to this particular therapist. Also the music cut out half way through which was distracting… not the MT’s fault.

I was very happy with the staff's skill when working on my back pain and added the right pressure was needed.

Would have liked the room to be darker. Everything else was great.
