I was Highly Satisfied overall but Satisfied because of the amount of pain I came and left with. The therapist told me I needed to relax more, but I could not because of the muscle spasms. It was out of my control and hers. Benita was fine just did not fully understand my pain which is fine.

No product deals.

I didn't get the massage therapist I had in my resent visits, but she was almost as good as the massage therapist I ask for, I'm just showing favoritism.

I walked in with alot of upper shoulder /back tension, walked out sore NO BLAME to therapist. But it wasn't releived the way I think it should have been.

I thought the facial could include upgrades such as dermaplaning. The facial was good but could have been longer (it took awhile for the person to get back in the room when I got on the bed) and would have liked more upgrades for paying the extra charge.

Based on other massage places this wasn’t as good the extra $15 for a foot massage isn’t worth it and how your time is split up when you add things no extra time is added

Upon arrival, the receptionist was on the phone with a customer, so I waited. When she finished the call she still did not acknowledge me as a guest. Not until someone else working the front desk arrived from the back acknowledged me and offered me help, is when I got service. Not a great first impression.

There was a dead bug on the reception floor.

Wish you facial products were available. The price range for only the large product left reflects consumers prefer the less priced product. Please carry more.

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist and massage experience. Benita was amazing! She was professional, kind, and did a great job making sure I was comfortable during the entire session. She did amazing focusing on my areas of high tension and provided me with great muscle ache relief. However, I was not satisfied with the reception experiences. While I waited for my appointment the receptionist was openly on a personal call. During check-out, there was remnants of lunch on the reception desk, which reduced the professional appeal, and the process could have been more professional all together. My primary reason to return to this location would be for Benita's services.
