Money was taken out of my account without my permission. Although I brought it to the attention of someone the next day, I was told it would not be returned to my account for 3-4 day. I did not like that.

My only disappointment is the turnover of the estheticians. They don’t stay very long and each time they have to rediscover your skin and needs

The ladies at the front were both in their iPads on social media. The one even made the comment "your early early" and then I wasn't taking back until 1:05 when my appointment was at 1. And you say undressing is included which I thought was unfair for my appointment to start late.

I love my massage therapist Athina , she is amazing. The manager isn’t the friendliest, but besides that everyone else is very friendly

I was told that my facial and massage were consecutive, but apparently was booked with a 30 minute wait in between services. Also I was told that I would receive the introductory rate for my service because it was my first time at this location. The receptionist charged me full price, and when I realized it took a very long time for her to correct. I ended up spending 3 hours in total for the two services, much longer than I would have liked to spend there.

I schedule my appointments quarterly, not monthly. It is how I treat myself. The booking person seem to have a problem with the length of time for my next appointment. I felt as though I was required to set it up monthly. I felt as though your staff member was dictating how I spend my money

I was satisfied.

Cleanliness of room

I have to schedule appointments 4-8 weeks in advance to get times that work with my schedule. I also wish the massage therapists would ask for more feedback .
