Hand and Stone

It was not the spa experience I was looking for, just basic.

I was not informed that the services I had paid for had expired and don’t understand how something I paid for could expire

Herbert was great

The massage was fine. She was nice and it was relaxing and did feel good. The waiting room was a little chaotic. There were a lot of employees in there chatting.

Massage was relaxing and my trouble spots were addressed. Massage therapist was extremely friendly. I just felt the massage could have been a little better on other areas

I was quite satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience.

This was my 1st time there, so I must experience more.

I'm going to say that there is always going to be time when problem solving skills will have to be used and how they implemented will be the key to highly satisfied scores(system shut downs, late employees, unsatisfied/irate customers..etc)

Heated tables would be nice !
