The mini cold stone facial was not an available add-on because of covid restrictions. That would have definitely been the cherry on top; I think the therapists should just wear face shields or have access to ppe in order to have that add-on available for massage sessions.

My massage therapist was amazing, friendly and informative. The person who greeted me was Grace and she was not helpful. She took my gift card and ever allowed me to ask questions about what I could use. When I did ask , she only told me of options that were more than the value of my gift card . It was until after that I saw the other options . She did not tell me there was a complimentary birthday upgrade , but my massage therapist did .

The receptionist area was not being wiped down/cleaned in between guests. Items like the pens, stylists, and iPads, including the counter tops and chairs were touched by multiple guests without being cleaned in between. I didn't feel appreciated as a loyal customer.

I paid for an additional add-on, percussion, which was an additional $20 and my massage therapist did not complete that part of my massage.

Although the massage was great my therapist Porter was not friendly., she was very cold she is amazing at her craft but beside manner needs work no smile no friendly chatter, her energy was very standoffish but she did do an amazing job on my massage.
