The reception desk attendees were engaged in a side bar conversation. The distraction did not feel welcoming.

It was ok. I thought the massage pressure would be deeper and the facial would include an arm & neck massage. Otherwise it was ok.

Everyone was very nice I had a issue with the payment which was straight out the next day after my son who purchased the massage as a gift had to come to your place of business to solve the problem. I did have pains and muscle-spam after the massage I plan to address with my doctor . I don’t think it was because of the massage as I already had that problem I do plan on getting a massage again soon

It was not a bad experience by any means. Everyone was pleasant and my services were prompt. I enjoyed the facial most of all. My massage definitely could have been a little better.

My appointment was executed in a timely fashion. Friendly service at every level of service. The staff was very accommodating. Scheduling a new appointment was easy.

I checked in @ 2:30 didn’t go in the room until 2:36 . I was already dressed and walking to the Front entrance by 3:26 ..... I believe 60 minutes massage should be a whole 60 minutes not 50

Not a lot of availability in scheduling, specifically on the weekends at this location. Often, it's difficult to get answers to my phone calls, because the phones do not get answered frequently. Unable to book my appointment online because I'm unable to book for multiple people at a time, and I like to come in with my fiance or daughters sometimes.

Porter was very knowledgeable and hit some key spots on my body thT even I did not know about
