Hand and Stone

I have a bunch of packages built up and I feel like I should be able to take part of an old package and apply it to upgrades opposed to having to lose that entire package. (Maybe past packages should just be turned into credit to be used? I have 9 massages on credit, yet when I added CBD oil instead of subtracting from my 540$, I had to pay an extra $10 or I would have lost 50$ if I used a package. Makes no sense)

I'm was just satisfied. My overall experience was SATISFIED. I will return again. The therapist was GOOD. I would like to experience other therapist at this location.

When I first got there the receptionist was on the phone and didn’t put them on hold or didn’t hang up. After my massage was over the only thing she was worried about was is checking out, like can I get myself together. Then the therapist said she would meet me outside with water and I never seen her again. It just seemed like everybody was in a rush....

Massage was great I think I just need longer time periods..maybe offering more specials and some sort of aroma therapy would help to ease the mind

Wish there was less time spent massaging my shoulders and more time on the facial which is what I came there for. Would’ve liked to be offered more upgrades services for my dark spots like microdermabrasion I would’ve paid for this upgrade. Half the visit was a shoulder rub which I didn’t care for I wanted to focus on my skin.

Hand and stone experience of a couples massage was very nice. Masseuses we’re knowledgeable and had great manners, you can tell they prioritize your comfort. I would recommend to a friend.

I don’t blame Hand and Stone. I guess my acne needs for me to see a Demartologist which I was advanced to do and I will. But I will definitely come back for another facial.

I got into my room at 12:37 (my appointment was for 12:30). After speaking with the therapist and getting undressed, it was 12:45. My therapist ended my massage at 1:25. That was not a full one hour massage.

The receptionist and esthetician were both kind of professional. After the facial I could tell the difference

It is very hard to book an appointment online. The verification code needed to create an account to set up an appointment online does not work. Lastly wearing a face mask during a facial seemed a little counterproductive and uncomfortable. My nose and certain areas of my face were not accessible during the facial.
