The receptionist called Me less than ; 2hrs before ~ notifying Me! To notify Me of forms that should’ve BEEN filled out 24hr before hand and they had BOTH email address! Don’t speak to Me like Your NOT WRONG as two left feet ! And I deem it too be disrespecting when the tone of Your voice goes over humble

I was highly satisfied however I wish I had been more clear about a problem area I was having however, the therapist was excellent.

The massage itself was fine. But there was no hand sanitizer on the wall for when she stepped out of the room so I had to think about what germs I could be being exposed to. Not very relaxing.

First one was told it will take a few to get results. I believe that is a reasonable assumption.

I wanted to have a couple massage, since I booked me and my husband appointment together, but I was not informed that we could not do our massages together when I booked the appointment. I was told about the do’s and don’t regarding COVID-19, but no one told me that couple massages was part of the don’t. I was very disappointed because this appointment was a present for our Anniversary.

The only thing was that my therapist, although VERY nice, was almost "too" outgoing. I know that sounds weird, but she was almost like a preacher, advising me on loving life, outlook on life... you're not my life coach, you're a massage therapist. I don't mind small talk during an appointment and often will even initiate. However, she took it too far in her rhetoric and talk. It then detracted from my appointment.

1. only 1 day has passed since appointment so i can't tell what has changed about my skin yet 2. this was my second appointment. my first appointment i did not wait. this time i waited 20 minutes. 3. i was very tired going into my appointment, but came out feeling energized so that is a good thing. 4. i have a problematic back and lying on it for an hour in the same position is uncomfortable. i wish there was a roller for my lower back.

Hand and Stone is great for basics. It’s new and clean. But I wish there was a more relaxing waiting area for before and after the treatment.

My massage therapist, Wayne, was wonderful. He was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The massage helped me relax, and he gave me tips on things to do at home. When I made my appointment originally, I spoke with Brittney. There was a lot of back and forth, and she gave misinformation about appointment scheduling. She also did not seem invested in helping me with booking an appointment, and seemed rushed to get me off the phone. I have been a member for several years, and I have never had that experience at a Hand and Stone before.

The store was still under construction when I walked in. I was not aware that the grand opening was the day after I had made my appointment. There were construction men and equipment in the waiting room along with the sound of drilling and hammering very loud during my massage. I wasn’t able to relax as I hoped to due to that. If I had known the store wasn’t completely done I wouldn’t have come in. I was excited for this location to open up but feel like I wasted my time getting the massage. The facial on the other hand room was quite and felt calm and relaxed the whole time.
