The event was nice and the staff was nice. I didn't like that its advertising the glow party plus a d.j but there was not one there. I even called the location before booking to double check and I was told yes.

Know one in the building could find the frane that was supposed to come with the bday party picture at end of the session. We did not receive the frame. We did receive the photo.

Upon arriving and checking in for the party, it was highly disorganized. The cashier even rang up the wrong party after scanning the QR CODE only phone for the party. We waited until15 minutes past our party time to have to resolved. She didn't ask the kids about needing socks and was not very professional.The revolve was to have the next person in line pay for MY PARTY SINCE WE BOTH owed the same amount for our parties. The confusion was ridiculous. Our party host was GREAT though and she made sure we were well taken care of ,to include making sure the kids got the full jump time despite the late start. She went above and beyond.

Check in is too confusing and not well managed. It’s overly crowded and the price for the time allowed it not worth it. For parties, it would be better to let all attendees stay and jump for as along as they like for the price we pay for the party.
