They are eager to make suggestions and answer questions to ensure your experience is the best it can be- suggesting upgrades and other services while offering options of paying for services with points/ local specials.

Heather did a wonderful job with the massage. I had gone to her before at a different place and lost track of her...so pleased when I walked in and there she was. Love the warm oil she used during the massage.
