I am a returning customer of H&S and will continue to be for quite some time. Why’d has always done wonders for helping my relax and always offers trying different things specific to my certain problem areas that really work. The staff is always very friendly and never pushy about getting products or other services added on. I would recommend (and have!) to all of my friends!

Jade and the front desk staff are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and welcoming. My skin has never looked better! Jade has used her training and experience to help me make the difference that I was looking to make for my skin. Actually, she has exceeded my expectations!

The receptionists are always friendly, the facilities are very clean. I love my massage therapist Alexis, she always works on the parts of my back that need attention and I leave feeling relaxed and happy.

My massage therapist Emma always knows what to do in regards to any concerns I may have. She is very knowledgeable about prenatal massage and I always feel comfortable.

Emma is amazing. I searched for years for a massage therapist who could help me work on stretching & flexibility goals. Emma really listened to what I needed and took time to understand where my body was and my goals. She's great about applying the right pressure and really works to listen to what the muscles are telling her. I couldn't say enough good things about her! The receptionist staff is always polite and prompt. I appreciate their time and how easy they make check in, check out, and rebooking.

I have been having some tension and knots in my back. The massage therapist was very effective and knowledgeable on how to release the tension. Very thing is very clean and relaxing. Very one is very professional and personable.
