Emma was the therapist I used and she is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable on how to do deep massage for areas hurting. She is also very friendly and kind. I really enjoy going to hand and Stone and having Emma.

Customer service was excellent from check in to the end of my apt! The day spa is warm & inviting as well as relaxing. The only thing I would recommend is have music a little louder to help block out background noise.
