The staff at reception is always very welcoming. That is a great way to begin a visit. Jade is simply wonderful! I have learned a great deal about skin care from her. My skin is looking great!

I will miss Felicia. My skin has improved and she was very knowledgable about my skin type.

Wade was a phenomenal massage therapist! I have never received that great of a massage before. I will be a lifetime customer.

I USED THIS FACILITY BASED ON THE BRIDE RECOMMENDATION FOR A SPA DAY. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMENDATING AND HELPFUL WITH SCHEDULE. SOME ISSUES AROSE ON MY LADIES SIDE OF COURSE. HOWEVER YOUR STAFF STEPPED UP AND MADE SURE EVERYONE THAT CAME WAS SEEN EVEN THE LATE COMERS!! THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND NICE WHILE DOING SO!! REALLY IMPRESSIVE!! WE HAD A GREAT OVERALL EXPEREIENCE AT THIS LOCATION!! THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF!!

Great therapist! Friendly front desk staff. Very clean and inviting. Only complaint is the issues with online booking - you get more points for booking online, but the system is horrendous

The cleanliness of the spa was excellent !! The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, Jade took her time and was very professional, she provided me samples to try ( anti- aging ) I scheduled another facial for next month
