I think its a bit expensive. I have a 3 month membership, which was a gift. It seems expensive for a 50 minute massage.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good therapy services

Turnover rate seems to be very high with massage therapists at this location. It’s frustrating when you’ve finally found someone that fits with your needs at then the next time you try to schedule they are gone. Then you have to try new therapists all over again.

It's becoming more expensive 😩

I realize the process of the “hour” massage includes checking in, walking back to the room, discussing problem areas, undressing—my massage physically started at 2:11pm and she was done at 2:50 and out of the room. Just felt a little short changed for my very first visit ever at Hand & Stone. My husband got me a membership so I am going to come back and try again.

Was told the LED procedure was included in my price but when I went to check out I had to pay an extra $53.

Check in did not take long, massage was okay. Pressure was definitely more on the light side, I was hoping for at least medium to firm. Room was hot and kind of smelled weird, and then waited forever to check out. I got the introductory massage to see if I would like to return, maybe I will try again with someone else. Pushed too hard for memberships, the receptionist's attitude completely changed when I said I was not interested in a membership.

The change in price was highly dissatisfying. I went to a woman who charged $40 an hour but had medical issues and no longer could provide massages. I thought I could do $79/month, but that was difficult and then to have the price to go to $85 was ridiculous. I try to be proactive about my health but now it seems I will just pay more in medical bills.

It's more expensive than other options I have. Also, there's only one deep tissue masseuse.

Would have liked more pressure on neck and shoulders. I appreciated the friendly and professional demeanor of the masseuse during my massage session. While her technique was satisfactory, she could enhance the overall experience by incorporating more personalized elements in her approach. Overall, experience was acceptable.
