My appointment started late then instead of using the extra time (my appointment was for 90 minutes) he ended on time. I feel I was gypped 15 minutes of my massage. Now with the prices being higher I may look to go to an independent place where at least I can get my whole money’s worth.

I am pretty satisfied. Again, bummed about the points system and lack of my ability to get them due to being forced to book via phone. Hand and Stone is my go to place.

Spent just a very short time on my feet although I said I needed her to focus there. She is a good massage therapist.

She asked about pressure and I asked for more, there was no change. I expressed areas of typical need and they were barely addressed.

I would like to see my time of the facial last a few minutes longer, I was back in the waiting area in 50 minutes (less than an hour, including undressing and dressing).

The entire experience was very good! The therapist was kind and knowledgeable. I had a gift certificate for this massage. I feel your prices are very high and I will continue to find bargains on line such as groupon.

My therapist spent time and targeted my painful areas-in my shoulders and neck, which alleviated the pain. I was able to relax and felt completely relaxed by the time I left.

Receptionist said my service will be cut in time because I was late 5 minutes knowing Im not a local and first time to this location.

1. The pushiness of the receptionist in selling the current special. She's always nice about it but never seems to hear you until you say "no" 3x. It's not just me but everyone else. I heard the guy in front of me tell her no the same amount of times. It's a lot. I'm also regularly frustrated by the amount of time I have for my massage. For as long as I've been coming, it's never been made clear nor is it advertised anywhere how much time you actually get for your massage. If your session starts late through no fault of your own, do you get that time back? Sometimes you do but other times you definitely don't. How much time do you have to undress and get on the table? I need 60 seconds but routinely get ~5 mins which is a waste of time! When is the massage supposed to end? I can never tell because the time is always different! How much time do you ACTUALLY get on the table when you have a 90 minute massage???? It's super frustrating. I hate it and it's my longest standing issue.

To me satisfied is really good! I am not so.eone who will rate highly satisfied unless your program or staff does a circus show each time and wows me beyond my expectations.
