When you book an appointment, you are paying for an hour of service; however, my massage didn’t start until a few minutes after my scheduled time and the person stopped right at 6:45 saying the time was done. So really I paid $145 (after tip and taxes) for about 40 minutes of service, which in my opinion is not worth it. I understand giving a few minutes of time at the end for changing, but 15 minutes is excessive. I would love to continue to get massages here and there but I think this will be my last one for a long time because I can’t justify the price!

First massage-didn’t know what to expect. Needed focus on neck/shoulder area but they did an overall massage (did ask for focus on neck/shoulder). Eventually shifted to neck/shoulder area but massage seemed to end very quickly. Since I didn’t know the length of time for each area was not sure what to expect but will know for next time.

I wanted a deep tissue massage, but only one therapist there does it. Not available

The check in process is too long. My appointment started late and I thought it ended a little early.

The room was too hot but she did turn on a fan. She started off with good pressure but it faded over the 45 minutes. I would appreciate a full 60 minutes for what I pay.

We are unable to book couple massages online, we must call to book. Also, there is not much availability for evening or weekend couple massages. There is not good explanation of facial services available online ; i.e. what classifies as an Exceptional Facial, listing of options and prices for special treatments and unable to include these in online booking (led treatments)

I wish they would have given better explanation of what was being applied and why and what the benefits was.

I feel that with the monthly membership, the massagecdhoukd becwhat I need. The extra cost of deep tissue,which is that only masage that works for me, is unfortunate. This prompted me to cancell my membership.

It was a good service overall just the whole hour of my appt, filling in the intake form is deducted to the time that i am supposed to have for my massage which i felt is like not right. But i was told that that its always what they do that next appt should be better and would be able to have the full hour just for massage.
