Experience seemed to be specifically timed, felt like just a number. Wasn't asked any questions about my facial needs aside from the survey.

Sometimes your masseuse is cutting on time, 10min at first and 10 min at the end. Not acceptable.

I have never had to wait prior to this appointment. I entered the room at 5:07 but unsure when exactly the massage started (maybe 5:11) and the massage ended at 5:54. That is not 50 minute massage.

I really liked that you were able to provide me with lotion instead of oil for my massage. The room was cold, but the t able was warm. The bolster that goes under your knees was very worn. Would have been nice to have a cover for it so it didn't look so cheep.

The massage is call an hour massage but really is only 50 minutes. I arrived as asked 15 min early to fill out health questions, waited in the waiting room until 910am, appointment was supposed to start at 9am. Then by the time I got undressed and started it was about 915 them done promptly at 10am. If it is called a hour massage then I would expect to have closet to a hour not 45 min. For the amount paid it needs to be a full hour or 55 min at least to allow for change time. Otherwise the massage therapist did a good job.

Receptionist not knowledgeable and confusing about services and charges. Availability of appointments and therapists. Less professional than I am used to

They were friendly. They were professional. They were informative about memberships

There seems to be a lot of personnel turn over which may simply reflect the current marketplace. I would like to be able to track the use of my packages and the receptionist was not able to show me how or access the data.

It's advertised as an hour massage, but you actually don't get a full hour.

First, there is a floating shelf above the second chair against the wall that is legitimately dangerous. I hit my head really hard full against the corner just sitting down (to the point I asked my husband to check if it was bleeding it hurt that bad) and still have a knot on my skull. Why is it there? Second, please get a kiosk for check in. It is profoundly unfair to lose some or more of your service time bc the receptionist is busy with another customer (who is being difficult). It means the folks who are there can't get checked in and going bc someone else has an unrelated issue. I wouldn't mind waiting if it didn't take away from services I've already paid for according to your policies.
