this service was good but 99% of the time the appointment is delayed which affects my actual massage time there have been times when i pay for a 60 minute massage and by the time i get in the room and the therapist actually gets started i only get a forty minute massage

Last time I was there it was customer appreciation week. I wanted to take advantage of one of the discounted services but the day it was offered was full. The employees were unclear on how to handle that. So it didn't happen. I felt sorry for the employees as they were not informed or educated on how to sell the special services.

I think the massage is average. I wish it were 60 mins of hands on message rather than 50 mins because even the time to get undresses and dressed varies.

The massage itself was very nice. My masseuse was friendly and professional. The linens on my table had a brown/red stain on them. I had indicated on my form that I would like my masseuse to wear a mask, which she didn’t. It was awkward being asked to provide a tip amount out loud at time of checkout.

Only that it started 13 min late. But I’ll be back…she was excellent.

I am not sure I like facials. It was nothing to do with the provider or products. I think I just prefer to do my own skin care. I scheduled more for extractions - which were fine.

I would say overall the experience was good, but I had a lot of experience in other European and asian countries - such services and their rooms are spacious, has certain thematics, has a character and make you feel like you on a real resort, beautiful comfortable and stylish. People there (in those countries) making sure that you feel comfortable and care about every little detail that can come across client's mind. The scents in room they use smell great and natural. Just the whole atmosphere in this SPA is not 100% GREAT. But if you want to get some massage, it's good enough.

The receptionist did not let me know the therapist was running behind. Which happens but communication would have been nice. Which would have helped to know when I had to reschedule the appointment I had afterwards. The therapist apologized and did a great job. The receptionist could use a bit of guidance considering they we just sitting at the desk talking....

The massage wasn't everything I expected. It was more "rubbing" than massage. She asked if I would like her to use cbd oil but didn't tell me it would be an extra charge.
