No real issues. I enjoyed the massage

I was very satisfied w/my massage but It does not feel like a full 50 minutes of a massage. I was taken in the room after my scheduled appointment time and finished, dressed and out of the room by 11:03 am. The therapist was very knowledgeable about what might help relieve my back pain and even recommended some light stretches for my hip and lower back that she was able to do. She was also very friendly and professional.

I was 10 minutes early for my appointment and asked if I could get a cup of water while I waited. The receptionist said the cooler in the lobby wasn’t working. After my massage the therapist offered me water. She mentioned the lobby cooler wasn’t working but asked me to wait while she ran to a cooler in the back. It would have been nice if the receptionist had offered to get me water from the back cooler.

I liked my therapist. I did not like the hot towel on my back. The towel was steaming and because of my hair type steam or water will revert my hair. I had just got it straightened the day before my massage. The towel eventually gets cold so having that on my back was not a plus for me at all. I inquired about the products used for the facial but the receptionist didn’t know and that was ok but I might have bought the package. I can just buy it for the massage but would have been nice to know. I have been needing a facial. I liked the experience.

I was satisfied with H&S experience, however, I requested sacroiliac work and I think the masseuse may have been too timid to work the glute? Didn't touch it. Probably new therapist and will improve with experience. His pressure was great.

The experience was stellar. Its a 50 min drive, its a bit too far from my home.

It was ok. The therapist was sweet but too talkative and the music was too loud.

The sheet became wet when a hot towel wax placed on my back.

Filled out forms ahead of time but still had to do more. Time spent could be closer to the 55 min. Wished would have focused just ok back and neck.
