Filled out forms ahead of time but still had to do more. Time spent could be closer to the 55 min. Wished would have focused just ok back and neck.

I was extremely satisfied with my facial. She did an excellent job. My massage was just okay. I felt bad because she was incredibly kind and doing her best. Today my shoulder hurts pretty badly and my back feels the same. I really enjoyed talking with her. The massage was just okay.

My massage therapist is top notch and is the reason I keep returning to this spa. She also wears a mask. However, other employees including front desk reception do not wear masks which I think is a safety risk and does not make me feel as if safety is taken seriously at this location.

Massage therapist gave attention to detail and provided the right pressure during the full body massage.

No refreshments available to guests after services other than water and not all massages are options for couples.

I was very satisfied with my massage experience. I need to take about a 3 month break for financial reasons.

I was highly satisfied. But I did come with mascara on and it was not completely removed as it should have been. However, it did not affect my overall positive experience.

The massage was not 60 minutes. It was only 43 minutes.

It is so difficult to schedule appointments. Need to book two weeks out
