Hand and Stone

While the therapist was polite and professional, my massage did not last an entire 60 minutes and not enough pressure was applied with less time spent on the problem areas I specifically identified than I would have liked.

I booked a facial for 2pm and the person who was supposed to perform the appointment had to leave because of a family emergency therefore the service could not be performed. However, I was highly satisfied in my compensation for the inconvenience.

My mom was in town and we had been looking forward to getting massages together for awhile. We made the appointment about a month in advance. When we got there, I was called back but she wasn’t yet. Her therapist never showed up so she just waited for me to get done. She asked if there was any way she could get a facial or see my therapist after for her massage but there were no openings. It was very frustrating. The receptionist was as apologetic as she could be but it was still a bit disappointing.

I tried to call and make an appointment. They told me I had to come in to sign up for the appointment. Also, I felt it was confusing looking at the services online. It made much more sense to me once I was there. The brochure helped explain them better.

My Aesthetician seemed to be very knowledgeable but also very nervous. She didn’t display confidence and explain products to use. My massage therapist was not my regular person because he is always so booked up

The position of the face mechanism made my sinuses plug up so I couldn’t breath through my nose. This was very uncomfortable! If it is possible for an alternative method?

Original appt had to be changed last minute by hand and stone. Did a good job rescheduling to a time that worked for me. Didnt much care for the harder sales tactics to sign up for monthly membership and product. Other than, everything was great and better than expected.

The aromatherapy was expensive for just a few deep breaths. I also thought the scalp massage would be an additional mini massage not take away from my hour massage

I had a $100 GC. The massage was 60, I upgraded mini stone which was $15 for total of $75. I was charged $116, was told the rest was taxes. $42 in taxes? Disappointed
