There wasn't anything that made me feel HIGHLY Satisfied. Everything was just standard. That isn't a bad thing. Just nothing above the standard.

Everyone was very kind but my appointment was about 15 to 20 minutes late

My massage was booked for 90 minutes at noon, I was not taken back to the room until 12:05 which is not when the service started. I still had to get undressed and wait for him to come back In. then once he started the service my concerns were my legs and feet. He mentioned those areas but spent the majority of time on my back and neck and said I needed to upgrade my service to get extra attention on those areas. Once he finished the massage and walked out of the room it was only 1:19. I was shorted my allotted time for the service I paid for. Also during the service he had mentioned that he travels to clients’ homes to massage them. As a manager myself, I find this to be a conflict of Interest for your business.

New therapist worked on key areas but felt he didn't massage much. It was very limited compared to previous appts.

My application was to begin at 2. I was not taken back until 2:05. By the time the therapist actually began the massage, it was 2:13. The massage ended at 2:50. Not really an hour massage as advertised. However my therapist was excellent.

My appointment started at least 10 mins late. Then, ended 10 mins early. I also did not receive the foot rub I paid for. I called back and they refunded me but it was still unfortunate

I was rushed out of my massage about 5-10 mins early. Then my wife’s facial was cut short as well. It was a great massage but it felt rushed for sure

I would like to see you bring back the blankets - more coverage is needed in my opinion then just sheets can provode

I would like consistency in a therapist and Will said he was changing locations. Asked for neck and base of head but those areas were barely touched. He spent a lot of time on shoulders. Pressure was firm at some moments but very light at other times. Overall it was fine but for highly satisfied it would need to be just what I asked for.

The furnace was broken when I arrived for my noon appt. it was freezing in my room, the warmer in the table helped but my feet were ice cubes and any other extremities that were out. While she was working on an area it was warm enough. And then I could hear the people working on the roof to try and fix the furnace. It would have been nice for them to have let me know when I scheduled my appointment (I scheduled same day) or go get space heaters for the time being. The therapist was wonderful and it wasn’t her fault. She did a great job with what she was left to deal with! But still very disappointing for a relaxing experience.
