My friend and I showered up for our birthday massages. They did not have a therapist for one of us. So, we had to reschedule.

Everything was great but I wish the esthetician had included more massaging during my facial. It was great for my skin but I was sad there wasn’t more massaging.

As a massage therapist with over 10 years experience myself I know that sometimes it takes more than one visit to really know the impact or efficacy of the massage on the body. My therapist was good, he is kind and attended to my needs. I will return!

Making the reservation was very confusing and non-– successful. We did not get the appointment time that we were promised over the phone. There appeared to be difficulties with the online reservation system.

The sign up process was cumbersome. Too many emails and text messages. 3 reminders is too much. The floor was dirty. Didn’t seems to be products for men.

I very seldom give the highest marks because there’s always room for improvement. Everyone was wonderful.

I was satisfied with my massage, and Danisha is a great employee. The receptionists also were very pleasant.

I have had some type is issue on almost every visit since my membership started. Some examples: 2 appointments being cancelled, not asking me if I was using my membership credit and telling me the incorrect price for service (twice I have had to tell the cashier what my charge should be), being offered a complimentary 80 minute massage because of cancelled appointments and then the therapist does a 50 minute massage because she didn’t realize it was 80 minutes (she then continued for 30 minutes, but still not what should have occurred).
