Hard to get a facial always booked

I wanted to cancel my membership after my visit & was unable to cancel at that time because the manager was the only person that can print the paperwork & she wasn't there. I realize this is designed to try to convince a person to stay however it's not convenient for the member if they have to return again to sign paperwork that should be immediately available. This policy needs to change.

Would like to have aromatherapy as a given not as an extra cost.

Not a huge deal but with all the focus and attention bring communicated on cleanliness and sanitization, when I flipped over the laminated intake form I had to fill out even though I'm a member, it had clearly not been cleaned and had the last person's signature info on it

Length of time to schedule the next appointment. It takes 3 weeks to book an appointment. This was the case pre-covid

My first appointment had to be rescheduled for one week later. Although I was asked if I had any problem areas, I don’t feel as if the therapist gave any extra attention to those. I wasn’t offered nor asked if I wanted water after the massage.

I asked for the main focus to be on my back, neck and shoulders. This part was fine and she did a great job. I also asked for focus on my feet. She never touched my feet.

The actually massage itself only went for just under 40 minutes so I didn't get my full time. We started just before 1 o'clock and we were finished at 1:42

I really appreciate how polite everyone has been with me. Very friendly and respectful. I think the service and the price is fantastic. I recommend this location to all of my friends

My initial appointment was not scheduled correctly . My appointed needed to be rescheduled . The receptionist was very nice and tried to get me in with another Salon . I totally understand mistakes happen . Thank you
