Jessie and Rae (previous RMT) are both gifted, talented RMTs. Great massages, sensitive and empathetic people skills. Not renewing the membership due to travel. Feedback for corporate mgmt--the membership information is very confusing. H&S franchises do not communicate well with each other. This appears to be a corporate issue; no reflection on the local staff who are unfailingly polite, kind, and responsive. Ashley at the front desk is a great asset. The RMTs have all been excellent.

This location is always friendly, clean and they remember us by name. Logan is very in tune with her ability to profile the best massage every time. Ashley at the front desk is always helpful.

I absolutely love coming here. I come every two to four weeks. I have always gotten great massages, and I have loved every therapist that I have booked with. Everyone at the front desk is very kind and knows me by name. It definitely makes me happy! No plans to cancel this membership.
