I'm 70 years old and this was my first massage. Joseph knew that and took extra care to explain the process. He also asked me if I was comfortable and a couple of times he anticipated that I was uncomfortable. He had the perfect recommendations and I was able to totally relax. I didn't know what I was missing!

My therapist is always on time. The receptionists are always welcoming. The ease if checking out.

I was actually visiting because I received a gift card from a co-worker. A while back I bought my husband a massage and he enjoyed. I was able to call and set up a same day appointment which was extremely impressive. When I came in, I was greeted by a smiling face. I unfortunately can not remember the front desk staff members name (started with an O I believe) but she was very nice. My massage therapist (can't remember her name either- I think it started with a D) was AMAZING... not only did she give a wonderful massage but she was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The pressure was spot on. I would give my experience in the Georgetown, TX location a 10 out of 10. They were definitely some of the kindest people I have come across. I will definitely be back. Planning to schedule a couples massage very, very soon.
