Hand and Stone

I enjoyed my experience at Hand and Stone spa. They did a great job trying me checked in, and checking on other needs. Everyone was really nice.

John is a master of his trafe.

John is an excellent therapist; I've never had a bad session with him. The reason I didn't mark "highly satisfied" with scheduling an appointment is because it's difficult to schedule a 2-hour appointment online. I realize that the website isn't a local franchise problem, but it would be nice to be able to schedule an extended appointment without having to call in.

Sasha is an amazing person. Always understanding my needs. The front desk very friendly. I always come out very satisfied with my service.

I have been a HIGHLY satisfied member of the Georgetown, TX location for over 3 years. Have had a regular appt with Joseph either weekly or bi-weekly all during that time and recommend both all day everyday to anyone near me with ears. Every single person working there is kind and friendly. Joseph is MASTERFUL at is craft.

The reception staff are always friendly and courteous and greet me upon arrival, and my therapist is the best!
