Melissa has done an amazing job on my skin. I have asked questions and her answers were informed and logical. She has made great suggestions for treatments for my skin. She is extremely pleasant and has worked with me to meet my needs. I thoroughly enjoy having Melissa as my esthetician!

Staff members are always friendly and helpful. The therapists always do a good job and are on time. I like the ambience and the selection of products to buy.

John is an excellent therapist; I've never had a bad session with him. The reason I didn't mark "highly satisfied" with scheduling an appointment is because it's difficult to schedule a 2-hour appointment online. I realize that the website isn't a local franchise problem, but it would be nice to be able to schedule an extended appointment without having to call in.

Sasha is an amazing person. Always understanding my needs. The front desk very friendly. I always come out very satisfied with my service.

I have been a HIGHLY satisfied member of the Georgetown, TX location for over 3 years. Have had a regular appt with Joseph either weekly or bi-weekly all during that time and recommend both all day everyday to anyone near me with ears. Every single person working there is kind and friendly. Joseph is MASTERFUL at is craft.
