The experience of going to H&S is amazing starting with the staff and the waiting area. Friendly and ready to assist. Yummy water awaits you and then your attendant comes to get you. I’ve had both, a facial and massage and can’t get enough. I’m going to give my neighbor a gift card for a facial. I plan to continue my membership for awhile. Loving it!!!

Shawn is an excellent therapist. Logan is as well. Front-desk staff was always helpful and friendly. I could make appointments as needed. cancellations and re-schedules were accomodated

The location is both welcoming and friendly. It has a spa feeling, but is “happy” & uplifting with energy & warmth. Joseph really worked out those hidden knots deep in the muscle(s). Booked my next 5 appts before I left!
