Hand and Stone

I accidentally drive to the wrong location. I am new to the area so the staff gave me directions to the correct location and called the other location to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived at the correct location my massage therapist greeted me and I was helped right away. Great customer service by both locations.

My therapist, Joseph, exhibited his experience by working on places I did not even tell him were bothering me. His pressure was perfect, and he checked in with me appropriately to make sure I was good with the pressure.

I have multiple sclerosis and ptsd, both of which terrified me to go thru with something as vulnerable as a massage. I discussed any concerns with my massage therapist and she ended up dissolving any worry I had, as well as easing some chronic pain, and stress. I felt safe and cared for, and for that I am grateful.

I felt welcomed and like the receptionist and the therapist were happy to make me as comfortable as possible. The therapist asked plenty of questions to understand what I was looking for. She also explained a little bit about what she was doing as she did it.

I've been struggling with my skin since I moved here (can't seem to keep it hydrated, more pronounced wrinkles) - my skin looked 10 years younger when I left, and it felt so great.

Sasha is always informative and professional, she always has great recommendations to keep my skin in great shape. My visits are always relaxing.
