I thought the staff who did my services were polite and respectful. They seemed to care about what they do. I had a facial and a massage. When I first came in, I liked how I was given the opportunity to say in advance what to work on, how I want the ambiance, etc. I liked how I was offered and given water.

In my past experience I have had unprofessional therapist who were not properly trained. This therapist Sebastian was incredible. The best massage Ive ever had.

My massage therapist is very nice. she listens to what I ask her to do. She pays extra attention to areas that are sore or tight.
