Haven't had a massage/facial in quite some time. First time to the facility but will return as it was a very pleasant experience. I thought during the booking process that I had a hot salt massage but it ended up "just" a Swedish massage, which was fine. Would have preferred to receive the receipt as I was checking out rather than have it emailed. Some confusion as to tipping as I wanted to add 20% for gratuity but the receptionist kept showing me a dollar amount. Also wanted something to submit to my insurance company as it's possible I could receive a sum back for the massage therapy portion.

Natalya who gave me my facial was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spent time massaging my neck while my mask was setting. She also applied a cream on my upper chest with a warm compress. First time I had that and enjoyed it!

Angela was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She repeatedly checked to make sure that the pressure was OK. She suggested additional add ons that were enjoyable

Stephen, massage therapist, is great! He's extremely professional, great masseuse. As someone with chronic back pain, it's hard to find someone with the right pressure level and I leave feeling great. The 2 receptionist were very friendly and kind as well.
