I feel like the appt should be amount of time you are massaged, not for the time they talk to you before and after. I spent more for an hour and a half massage here and got less time then my cheaper one. My person was terrific but I went way over my budget with the 90 min massage and could not afford the top tip he may have deserved.

I have enjoyed relaxing and targeted massage for over a year now. Love Amy as my regular massage therapist, she remembers exactly what part of my body that needs attention.

Haven't had a massage/facial in quite some time. First time to the facility but will return as it was a very pleasant experience. I thought during the booking process that I had a hot salt massage but it ended up "just" a Swedish massage, which was fine. Would have preferred to receive the receipt as I was checking out rather than have it emailed. Some confusion as to tipping as I wanted to add 20% for gratuity but the receptionist kept showing me a dollar amount. Also wanted something to submit to my insurance company as it's possible I could receive a sum back for the massage therapy portion.

Natalya who gave me my facial was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spent time massaging my neck while my mask was setting. She also applied a cream on my upper chest with a warm compress. First time I had that and enjoyed it!

Angela was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She repeatedly checked to make sure that the pressure was OK. She suggested additional add ons that were enjoyable
