I went originally because my bracelet broke. I was not able to get a replacement and the credit they offer me on line is actually no enough to buy another one. I am returning mine which I used just 3 times but I’m only getting $85 dollars Canadian no happy about that since I paid way more than that.

Service was good during visit, except salesperson did not include the cleaning cloth I purchased. I phone store and was told to come back in. Made a special trip back to store then received the cloth. No apology just told to have a Nice Day.

Visiting different country

I liked having quick personal assistance also the gift wrapping was a time saver for me and all staff was excellent - in and purchased item in less than 15 min plus wrapped and that’s how it should be!

Prices are ecpensive. Even a tiny charm stars from 40-45 cad

The employee could have been friendlier. I also appreciate some time with the jewellery, to not have someone standing right in front of me the entire time while I try to decide. Being nice to customers goes a long way, I would have purchased more if I felt valued.

Very mislead and disappointed- I spent over an hour picking an item out to find out that the bracelet I picked with the promotion in the book was $130 and then it rang through at 175. The store would not go or it.

Bought a necklace. 3 days later it was $35 off. I was told they wouldn’t refund the difference. The manager told the staff that if I came in and bought another necklace that I wasn’t allowed to return it on the same day to get me $35 back. What kind of business is this that #1 wants to keep my $35 and #2 tells their employees to watch for me and don’t let me exchange it for my $$ back
