I took a chance going into this location as I happened to be at this mall for another reason. Because it’s the weekend before Valentine’s Day I expected to probably not get in due to the crowds. There was about a 15 minute wait and a few people ahead of me but I decided to hang in there. I noticed how patient and pleasant the sales girl was and decided to stick it out. Katelyn D helped me and she was wonderful. Apologetic for the wait, sweet, efficient but not rushed, and thorough. She found EVERYTHING I wanted! Got the sale, too. I left ecstatic.

I went in the store to purchase a specific birthday gift, the sales team was able to pull out multiple selections for me. Through her guidance I choose 3 matching charms which I know the birthday girl will love. The sales rep went above and beyond by asking if my own bracelet needed cleaning and took it back to be cleaned.
