I found what I was looking for. The sales representative was very nice and knows the products very well. I enjoyed spending my money in there.

I was greeted when I entered the store. I came at a time when there wasn't a line out the door, so I was immediately assisted. The staff was very good at looking into what I wanted.

Katelyn was really sweet and nice. I usually shop online for Pandora because they have student discount but I was looking for the Disney 100 years bracelet. I called 5 pandora in my area multiple times and this was the only store that answered and was able to put it on hold for me since I was driving a little far. Thank you so much to shery I believe who answered the phone and katelyn who checked me out and made me feel secure in my purchase. Great job ladies!

Despite the delay in the service, I enjoyed the wait because she gave her full attention and patiently looked for the product I specifically was looking for I commend her for that.

The sales associate that helped me was very friendly. There were a couple of people in store but she was still able to get to everyone and give them the necessary help that they all needed. She showed me a variety of options that helped me get to my price point and my desired look.

It was Xmas eve so I knew it would be busy. But it wasn’t horrible. Maddie was great and very nice! She was so helpful and it was a very good experience
