Ease of finding the items that I was looking for with the added assistance of Juan who was very helpful.

The sales rep was very attentive. He was very helpful is helping me find charms and also pulling up a prior order to get the size of a bracelet I purchased for my child prior. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which prompt me to continue because another location I went to the week before was not attentive nor acknowledged or greeted me. This visit was more interactive and pleasant.

Kendrick and Gabriela were very nice and friendly. Love the staff for such an awesome service. I feel welcome all the time. Dania pointe is my favorite store. You Guys Rock!!!!
