The location looked good and smelled good, I was greeted with a smile and a level of professionalism until I left the store.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and good morning also an how can I help you. I went into exchange a gift and again no problem. It was 3 employee one of them had a couple of people she was helping and 1 was setting up the display. I got the employee from the office she was very helpful and friendly.

The staff at Dania Pointe have always greeted me at the door with hello and are very courteous.

When I walked in the store everyone where very pleasant. The salesperson that assisted me (Mildred) was very knowledgeable and took her time showing me charms for the special occasion that I was looking for.

I went in for a gift for my daughter's best friend and we were on a time constriction. We also had no idea what to get, only that we wanted a necklace. Soany was very pleasant and patient with us. We ended up going with Soany's selection and my daughter's friend loved it. Soany also got us in and out in 20 minutes without even feeling rushed. Soany knew the assignment. Thank you Soany!!!

The representative that assisted me was helpful and knowledgeable of all the stores merchandise. I appreciate the representative replacing my tarnished bracelet after attempting to clean as best the store could.
