I called the Dania Pointe location and my interaction with Joy was absolutely the best. By the time I reached the store she wasn’t available but the other young lady assisted me totally didn’t get her name is how happy I was Lol totally a huge difference from my last two-horrible experiences with the Galleria store!! 🙁

The store was very nice and elegant. They offered great service in picking out merchandise accompanying with good prices. The whole atmosphere at the store was just amasing and honestly everything is reasonably priced.

Joy H. was my sales associate, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I went to the store for a specific item which was out of stock and she showed me so many other options which made me complete my purchase. My experience was great thanks to her customer service!

Joy was extremely helpful , very nice , and lovely to talk to. Definitely should get a raise and is a HUGE asset to the company !!!

This store and sales associates are very professional and friendly. The store is always sparkling and fully staffed.

The sales clerk was friendly, and took me to the jewelry case to help with my purchase. She also wrapped my gift and offered more tissue paper when I told her I was putting the package on a larger gift bag.

Sales crew were awesome. Store was pleasant to be in. The sales girls were pretty.

I love the store and the sales lady, Flavi #223302 is super sweet and helpful. I think she is the best at they store.
