The staff was very attentive.was greeted as soon as I entered the store. They very busy but they made sure they made eye contact with n would be with you shortly. Went just for a bracelet but bought much more. Flavia was very helpful with suggesting items n showing them to me. Very pleasant young lady. Than when I was cashing out Elizabeth helped me n I asked about another item she helped me with that and more. Never felt pressure from either of them. Will definitely come back.

The associate Garielle made the difference. Sunday my son purchased a Mother’s Day gift for me from the Brickell store. The associate was not personable nor did she spend time to understand what he was looking for in a piece to express his feelings, in my opinion that is what each Pandora piece represent. Garielle was so delightful and friendly she was able to obtain that information without it appearing as a sales technique. I came for a necklace which she showed me several and allowed me to try them on with the charm that I have. Unfortunately, the necklaces stood out more than the charm, but because of her friendliness I wanted to make a purchase. So, I bought a few items I’d circled in my catalog at home. I will come to this store for future purchases. SALES ASSOCIATES MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!
