The customer service at Pandora - Dania Pointe is INCREDIBLE!!! Gerry and Alyssa are amazing customer service reps. Ever since Dania Pointe has opened I completely STOPPED going to Aventura Mall. The customer service at Aventura is by far the worst I have ever received. I have visited there several times and have always been dissatisfied. Aventura is inattentive, uninterested, and also seem annoyed. Thank you Dania Pointe for making my husband and I feel welcomed.

The sales associate Christa was please and she helped me with picking out items for my daughters first pandora selection. I definitely will be back to complete with a bracelet and Disney charms.

The customer service associates were very attentive when I walked in. Even though they were busy assisting others they did acknowledge my presence and stated they would be with me as soon as possible. The sales associate was very friendly and asked if I was interested in applying for a Pandora card. I was not interested as I have had one before.

The service was totally awesome it was easy the associate was absolutely awesome She was like no other she was happy to help us she joked around with us she gave us options and also guided through the whole charm choosing process with patients and and a 😃

The person who attended me was Keyri. She is very sweet and patient, she took her time with me which i am very grateful because i am very indecisive she made me feel comfortable, i successfully bought what i needed and more. I am 100% coming back to the store. Thank you Keyri!
