From the moment we got there, the Pandora associate greeted us and welcomed us to the store. Her product knowledge was incredible. She even helped my wife with a necklace she already had on and told her a few tips on how to wear it. That's a pro move. So, we felt comfy, felt like she was a Pandora master and after that, browsing thru the jewelry was easy. We got there for only a ring, and left with multiple items. Good job!
