Pandora Jewelry

The associate at the store was very helpful in completing my purchase. My frustration with Pandora was the online ordering system. I tried to order 3 metallic purple heart charms, the online system said the store only had 2. I changed my online order to 3 metallic red heart charms. Then I received an email saying that my order PND11799332 was cancelled and that my card would not be charged. I went to the store in Dania, FL and they did have 3 metallic purple heart charms. I bought the ones I wanted and although your email says "You card has NOT been charged for the cancelled items". That is NOT true. My card now has 2 transactions for $128.40. One is a hold for the cancelled order and the other is the charge for the items I picked up. Please release the hold of $128.40 on my card. The associate explained that the online ordering system is messed up and it says they are out of stock for items they have. The customer must wait 3-5 days for the charge to disappear off of their account. Please fix your online system so it knows what stock is available.

I couldn't see the associates name tag but he was really helpful. And there was a table for my little one to sit at and another associate gave him a coloring book with crayons to keep him occupied. This was extremely helpful.

It was my first time buying a Pandora bracelets and the representative was great. He showed me all the charms I wanted to see and helped me make a decision. I was so happy with my purchase, I will definitely be coming back to buy more charms.

Service was quick for it to be the day before Mother's Day. Received a booklet and water while waiting in line. Very friendly and warming Everytime I come to this location to shop.

Matt the sales person was very patient and offered suggestions. He enjoyed his job and that was nice too see! Everything from beginning to end was fantastic! All staff were friendly during my visit!
