Very satisfied with my purchase and the young lady that helped me soon as I walked in the door very polite quick response

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Before I was able to look at any merchandise the clerk noticed I had a pandora bracelet already on and asked if she could clean it while I looked at something I already had my eye on. Lastly she was very attentive and helped me pick out what I wanted.

Great store the employees are very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and sanitized I will be going back soon.

It is convenient and the staff was super knowledge the area was nice didn’t have to walk through a mall love it love it

The customer service was outstanding. There was more charms and more to choose. The prices are little bit too steep, I wish that Pandora have a little more specials or discounts.

Victor helped us find the Pandora bracelet we were looking for and Gabi helped. Everyone was so friendly and nice! Ivelise was the young lady who returned my umbrella to me. I will recommend the store to everyone I know.

The young man who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. If he didn't know an answer to my question he looked for it or found out. Very helpful. Seemed a little new or nervous but did great. Only thing i didn't like was the metal quality of one of my charms. Looks worn/tarnished but not extremely bad. It fits the theme so well i had to get it but compared to others looks worn/old. Either way, great experience!

Gabi was wonderful! They even ran after us because we forgot our umbrella. Great customer service from your team! I’m impressed!
