When I walked in I was greeted right away. There were two other customers in store so I had to wait a little but that gave me time to freely browse.

The Sales associate was an absolute pleasure. We didn't feel as though we were being discriminated against on any level which is something we have to worry about with not only all that is going on but also from being from another state with all that is going on. Nonetheless, I definitely enjoyed that experience.

The customer service rep was were knowledgeable. Customer service rep offered great assistance. Location was clean and offered sanitizing which made me feel safe during my visit. Overall great service.

Matt was very nice and knowledgeable about Pandora items. Matt also questions to get a feel of what I like. He adjusted some great and beautiful items.

I was buying a 14th birthday present for my granddaughter. The sales girl helped me find a charm then suggested a ring. I had never thought about getting a ring because of sizing. It was a buy 2 get 1 free promotion so I was entitled to a free gift. We choose a card charm that opened up and said "Best Wishes." My granddaughter loved her gifts. The ring was her favorite and fit perfectly.
