The associate was very polite and knowledgeable. She helped me fling things I didn’t know I needed. She was patient with me and let me try on as many rings as I needed to to make sure I made the right decision.

I had a specific charm in mind but when the representative look on the system it wasn’t in inventory. So I went to look for something else and boom she found the charm. To me that was priceless.

I was very satisfied the warm reception when I arrived. The sales associate was courteous, kind and knowledgeable of the merchandise.
