The Cleanliness of the store. I walked right in and got service. And it was in a perfect location felt very safe.

The store was nicely kept and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was asked if I needed any help and when I told them no they said okay and told me to find them if I needed anything else. Once I found the charm they brought it over quickly and checked me out.

Immediately entering the site I was greeted very graciously. The customer representative was knowledgeable, she offered information on opening my own Pandora’s account. The manager was kind and thoughtful being handicap she asked about my well-being. I will recommend this store to my friends and family.

Great customer service and warm welcoming

I loved the customer service of all 3 employees that spoke, laughed, listened and helped me make the right choices on how to buy. I will be going back very soon. The in store stock was amazing as well.
